The Impact CNC Hurricane is a high-production CNC router engineered for nested-based manufacturing, shopfitting, sign manufacturing, and woodworking. Featuring a 9.5kW HSD spindle and an 8-tool gantry-mounted carousel for exceptionally fast tool changes, the Hurricane is built to handle high volumes of board cutting day in, day out.

The Hurricane steps up from static rack tool changing to an 8-tool gantry-mounted carousel, making tool changes significantly faster and keeping production running with minimal interruption. A 9.5kW HSD spindle delivers additional cutting power for demanding materials, while helical rack and pinion drives on all axes guarantee high-accuracy positioning. The heavy-duty steel frame and gantry are built for rigidity, with Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and factory-sealed THK linear bearings providing smooth, maintenance-free performance
For high-volume production environments, optional automatic sheet-loading and unloading systems are available — reducing manual handling, increasing throughput, and improving workplace safety.
