The IECHO TK4S is a high-performance flatbed cutter built for large format production environments. Supporting through-cutting, kiss-cutting, milling, punching, creasing, and marking, it delivers exceptional speed and precision across a wide range of materials. Optional conveyor, stacker, and collection systems streamline workflow, while dual cutting beams on models 3.5m and over significantly increase production output
Multiple Cutting Heads
The TK4S supports up to three cutting assemblies, enabling multi-tool jobs in a single pass. Tools clip into position quickly for fast changeovers, and cutting speeds of up to 1.5m/s keep high-volume production running efficiently.
Dual Beam Cutting System
Available on models 3.5m and over, the IECHO Dual Beam Cutting System runs two gantries simultaneously — effectively doubling throughput for high-demand production environments.
Automatic Registration & Positioning
The high-precision CCD camera option ensures accurate detection of registration marks, correcting manual positioning deviations and print distortions for flawless results.
