Packaging

Manufacturing short-run packaging or packaging prototypes can be time-consuming and expensive. The packaging quality must be just as good as a large production run but producing dies can be quite expensive.   The sample process can often take a long time – with customers requesting small changes to get their packaging “just right”.  With a digital flatbed cutter from Impact CNC and iECHO you can shorten the process, saving time and money.

Samples can be produced quickly and easily and it is a simple process to offer alternative designs, sizes, and materials.  Materials up to 50mm thick can be cut and creased.  Once the samples have been approved it is often more economical to do short-run production and foam cutting on the iECHO as well.

For this application we recommend the iECHO.
